My facts for US companies were based just on the sale of their cars, to make a fair comparison, but since you want to get into this: Honda in all aspects of its business hire 100,000 Americans, the same amount as the US's smallest car manufacturer Chrysler. why do people even bother what the employment rate by each auto company other than economic factors? The point is, even though Honda employs fewer people than any other American auto companies in the States, they can still provide and sell more Hondas than anything else

I'm still looking into the GM using Honda engines statement. The only Honda engine GM uses that I can find is the Honda J V6 which WAS used only in the 2004 - 2007 Saturn Vue. GM called it the L66. The L66 was acquired in a trade because Honda wanted to use GM's Cirlce L 1.7L Diesel straight-4 in its European Civics. So I guess Honda is now using GM motors. Go cry.
